Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment Processing

Course fees must be paid in full before program commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment systems. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted within the first week of program commencement. Refunds may be subject to administrative fees and are processed according to our current refund policy. No refunds are available after course completion or certification issuance.

As participants in professional development programs, you are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, integrity, and ethics. Violation of professional standards may result in program termination and forfeiture of certification eligibility.
